Day 2

I feel pretty good about today!  Unfortunately, I didn’t get around to my Suzanne workout, but I did take the dog for a 30 minute walk and managed to get in a round of hoe downs.  Eating was much better, albeit not stellar.  I did also do several minutes worth of thigh exercises from yesterday’s workout; those are killer…

I just started my period, though, and feel like crap, so I think all-in-all, I’m happy with my progress.  More activity than normal and better food than normal.  Here’s to small victories!
